System Message: Disaster Recovery Test Notification

This is to inform all stakeholders that a Disaster Recovery (DR) Test is being conducted. As part of this exercise, the following services will be intentionally shut down to validate recovery procedures and system resilience:

• Frontend Application Services

• Database Services

• Apache Tomcat Service

• JBoss Service

• Additional supporting services and components as required

Please note:

• Service interruptions during this test are planned and controlled.

• Recovery steps will be executed immediately after shutdown to ensure system availability.

• Monitoring teams are requested to track logs, alerts, and performance metrics throughout the test.

• Any anomalies or unexpected behavior should be reported to the DR coordination team.

Objective: Validate recovery workflows, confirm failover readiness, and ensure business continuity compliance.
